My sibling referred me to High St Automotive and I'm not sure if I want to write this review. I like to keep it a secret! I scheduled a 830 am oil change and in my past experiences, the shop always wanted me to come back in a couple of hours even though there's a scheduled appt. Not with this shop! My car was worked on, the time scheduled. I was out of there in less than 30 mins! Terry was great, awesome customer service. While, I was sitting on the couch, he was interacting with other customers and auto supply shops on the phone. He was honest and very thorough, explaining everything in detail. It's great to find a auto shop, customers can trust. First impressions are the pinnacle of new long lasting relationships.
