We had water spill on our table, when we asked someone to wipe it, the server threw napkins on our table. I didnt expect him to clean it by himself but I thought he would at least help. After that, we asked for water, the server responded by walking past us, even though she obviously heard us. Overall, its an amazing place to go with someone who needs a humbling. 2 stars

Changing my rating from 4 to 1. They charge extra for free veggies and sauces in person than online. I showed them my online order and in-person order to compare. But they still not ready to listen to me and said I had to pay up. One person seemed like the boss even mocked me that I was making fuss about 1$. Event their hospitality manager said its different in person and that is the norm everywhere. They ridiculed me, wasted my time and insulted me even if I was showing them them below images, Guys please stay away from this branch they are fraud. They charge me extra, fight with me(5 against me) and when they see that its their fault, they mock me for making fuss about 1$. Check for yourselves. Never going back to this place again. Horrible place. I should have been getting 8 free addons as per the online order but they gave me only 5 items for not one, but two orders. Also I was expecting my order in 20-30 mins but they still made me wait 15mins more. I knew their dining service is slow but even to-go service is not good. Update: want to change my rating to -1 since they always mess up my pick up order

Ordered loaded bird dawgs. Just a chicken tender between two hot dog buns. No onions, green onions, needed a microscope to find if there was any cheese or sauce. Drier than the Atacaama desert. They should rename it to Unloaded bird dawgs. Never buying here again.

We ordered through bww official website and paid through credit card , when picking up the manager said the district manager told not to give my order. No cancellation , no email or phone call that it has been ordered. She also mentioned they got scammed, but in reality we got scammed for not getting our order. At the end she agreed to refund back our money , we have to put our last 4 digits of credit card, not instantly. This is bad business practice.

Extremely loud inside. Food took forever to came out and it seemed to be prepared incorrectly and it was hard to tell what was what on the wings. The sauces ran into eachother and the carrots were old. The service was extremely slow- we were only checked on maybe 5 times over two hours. We had to go looking for a box for leftovers and ordering and payment is done on your phone. Vegetarian options: Very few if any, they would maybe have a salad Dietary restrictions: Not gluten friendly Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu but the seating isn't particularly child friendly and it's sports bar vibes. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp near the front, wheelchair accessible tables, and plenty of handicap parking
