        Another complaint about lab They read peoples orders out loud even for sensitive test ( ua pregnancy , etc) Pulled a number waited over an 40 mins had to pull another number . One gray hair rude receptionist blasting music on her phone . Ill go to San Leandro next time

        AWFUL!! If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. It was pretty clear the phlebotomists didnt know what they were doing. You would hope a large medical institution like Kaiser would hire people who actually knew how to do their jobs

        I had bad experience with Fremont kaiser. However, last Saturday I took a blood test and waiting till date i.e.wednesday(today) for the results. On calling the laboratory they say- they dont know what happened with the blood draw and asked me come back again and draw the blood. It is very frustating and disappointing!
