        Absolutely terrible. Had to wait 2 months to get a specialized test just for them to cancel the appointment on me TWICE with no notification. Filing formal complaint with Sutter Patient Relations.

        I got an appointment on Saturday morning for my blood test, and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful, responsive and quick. I had my blood test just in 10 mins and all is set. Thank you!

        A 30 minute wait despite having an appointment is not at all what a patient expects when coming in with fasting. Just offer fewer appointments if youre unable to keep pace with commitments.
