I work as a receptionist and sit down most of the time. I find myself having chronic neck and shoulder pain from it. I met Surag through a friend and explained to him the issues Ive been having. He squeezed me in on his day off since it was the only day that worked for me. From the moment I walked in, he was very professional. The office was clean and quiet. Once it was my turn, Suraj reviewed my intake form with me. He made sure to address all the issues I had and let me know that if I was uncomfortable with anything to let him know. Since it was my first time receiving a massage from him, he explained everything he was doing. I knew I came in with a lot of knots and he addressed those. Once he found the spots, i felt very relaxed. I recommend Suraj because he is different from any other massage parlor. He makes sure his patients are well treated. I plan on seeing him regularly!

Ive been coming to Suraj for almost 2yrs now & he is my Massage Guy! He worked at a Practice before opening up his own place & I followed him because he just knows what he is doing. Ive tried so many different Massage Therapists around the East Bay Area & Suraj really cares about his patients. I beat up my body pretty good during the week Running on concrete & doing CrossFit, haha. He knows a lot about muscles, their connections & how they move. I feel so much better after every time I see him.

My boyfriend and I got into a car accident this year and have been seeing Suraj for a few months now. My first session started with an in-depth conversation on how my body felt before the accident, immediately after, and currently. Suraj actively listened to everything I said and in turn, talked to me about his customized treatment plan for me. Ive never had so much transparency. A session with Suraj is part massage and part physical therapy and he talks me through the process and what hes doing every step of the way. He starts with a check in, and sessions are tailored depending on how Im feeling or which areas are aggravated. With every session, the pain lessens and Ive been increasing my mobility more and more. We are finally starting to feel whole and like our normal selves again after this crazy year. I wish I could give Suraj more stars. He is a true healer.
