Did not provide me with a copy of my policy nor did they explain the policy because of that the company did not cover my accident. It is disappointing and heartbreaking when you have been contributing all this money & you're not even covered. Customer service is horrible Absolutely horrendous, also. Workers have no compassion for your situation. The claim adjusters failed to contact me within a timely manner. My claim adjuster has not called me in over two weeks on the other hand the opposing claims adjuster called me withis two days and sent someone out. They simply do not care. I'm convinced none the staff are happy with their jobs. Rude, disrespectful, degrading and demeaning. They would not make any contact with me over the phone and they absolutely did not do their job of fighting for me which I paid months and months of money for them to do at the very least. It's sad and it hurts to know companies like MAPFRE are extorting it's clients like this.
