Myra has been servicing my Grandfathers household and vehicles for many years and I too use Farmers with the help of Myra for my home renters and auto policy. Including recommending my house mates to Farmers. I accompanied my little sister to purchase her first car about two weeks ago and around 8:00 PM we needed to ensure my sisters name was on the policy or she could not drive out of the dealership with the vehicle. Because we are loyal to Myra we did not want to call the call center number. We opted to wait until the next morning but I did send Myra an email as my sister was signing documents alerting her and within moments Myra called me to quickly assist my sister. I did not expect that at all. As a former Regional with AT&T, Myra's attentiveness and expertise paired with her customer service has far exceeded my expectations. I will never use another insurance carrier and hope to continue to use this branches services for the years to come. I will continue to recommend all of my colleagues, friends, and family to Myra and this branch. It is so hard now-a-days to find exceptional service anywhere and it is experiences like this that stand out more than ever in our current climate.
