        Unfortunately my recent experience with Suncrest was terrible at best. The lack of care and counsel for me and my family had us feeling lost during our difficult time. I thought hospice was supposed to be a refuge and yet from the delayed medicine orders, to no advice on how to care for mom, and the comment to not give daily insulin because my mom was "already dying", left me traumatized. Maybe it will be different for you, I just wish it was for us.

        Nurse visited my mom in the morning around 9am and told us that they will deliver liquid form of Banophen and lorazepam. It's 8:30 in the evening, my mom is not feeling comfortable and no medicine was delivered. Call them up and was told it will get delivered before midnight but just one. They have not order the Banophen. The Nurse will call the doctor now and let me know later. This is totally unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They don't see the urgency for people who is uncomfortable and doesn't have much time left.

        There are no words to express my deep appreciation for Suncrest Hospice and its staff, Justin, Elise Sy, Jerry Wu, Carl & Silvia, gave such comfort to my mom at the end, they reached out and gave me updates and help guided me trough a very tough time, a heartfelt thank you to all! and thank you for what you do for families, and they're loved one.
