The workmanship is first class, saved me material cost. That ended up cost us less over all, comparing to other quotes, with first class materials.

Rachel does very high quality work with reasonable budget. She really cares about the quality of the work and always made sure the work is completed to my 100% satisfaction.
Rachel is also very reasonable and responsible for her commitment. Unexpected problems happen from time to time in remodelling. When that happens, I can totally imagine some other contractors may ask for more money or refuse to do any additional work. However, Rachel always handles the unexpected but necessary work in a fair way, instead of taking advantage of me by interpreting the contract literally.
Rachel also has a fantastic team. Wu is super responsive and quickly gets high quality work done. For example, Wu voluntarily crawled a long way into my narrow ceiling (my house has no attic) just to avoid opening a hole on my ceiling.
Overall, Rachel is a great general contractor you can trust and depend on. I highly recommend Rachel for your remodel work.

We did a kitchen remodel, full house painting and fireplace refacing with Rachels team. Overall we had very good experience. After we started the project she was always responsive to texts and calls. She even helped us in finding good materials and suppliers in the Bay Area. This I feel is very difficult to get in todays market in contrast to horror experiences we heard from our friends about other contractors. What makes her stand out, in our experience was her willingness to understand our expectations and her genuine effort to find a solution to it. She was very flexible to work around our schedules especially since we had to move in to the home while the work was still on going. Additionally we were hit with cabinet delays etc. In-spite of all these set backs her team was understanding and capable of working around it. We definitely recommend and consider her for all our future projects.
