I had the good fortune of attending the KP MWM "Refresh" Program this Spring. Junia was contracted to provide this mini get-back-on-track program for previous weight loss program members. Leading a lifestyle management group via webinar (only) couldn't be easy but Junia kept us engaged and inspired with her high-energy and enthusiastic presentation of the material. She uses a combination of science, industry methods and personal experience to coach and motivate the group. If your organization wants a facilitator with her wisdom and passion, you need to contact Junia.I hope to be in one of her programs in the future.

My meditation/healing experience with Junia was life shifting. Upon meeting Junia she exuded a calm vibe that immediately soothed me. Once I began talking to her she helped me really center on my own feelings (something that is extremely rare). Through socialization I learned to be focused on the external, or how others perceive me. She helped me tune into my authentic self & re-enter my own needs & desires & for that I am forever grateful. Jocund/Joyful. Unique/Unforgettable. Nurturing/Noble. Intuitive/Illuminating. Angelic/Attentive.These are the few words I would use to describe Junia as an individual and practitioner. She is truly a rare gem. She's always rooting for you and makes you feel heard. In my sessions with her, I've been able to work through layers and layers of myself.  I can definitely say that without those sessions, I wouldn't have the deep appreciation and understanding for me and my body. Everything is truly "figureoutable" I believe that one of the best qualities a practitioner should have is an open mind. Junia is always enhancing her skills with different modalities and open to exploring the unlimited possibilities of "why" and "how" that a person like me on the receiving end has benefited tremendously from.  She brings a whole new definition to "me time". I can't recommend Junia enough.

Besides "Thank You! Thank You!!" I wouldn't know what else to say to Junia. I am so very happy to see her on Yelp!! I was introduced to Junia when I was at the lowest point of my life. My mother passed away after being very ill for many years, my dad was sad & not healthy, and my work was really tough... All those were like a thousand pounds of blankets covering me and made me feel even breathing every day was hard. I remembered I cried in my first 3 sessions with her. Through my sessions with Junia, I've learned how to love myself more, to take good care of myself, and I can now even apply some of the daily care techniques to help people around me! I am a calm and happy person today and can move forward with life without hesitation because of the sessions that I had with Junia! I thank higher beings leading my way to her and truly hope a lot more people would have the opportunity to get to meet her! God Bless everyone!
