Technician who is supposed to be on site M-F 9-5p will just lock the door and take off however it pleases them, apparently. Main office has no explanation and is also not able to get ahold of the person responsible for this location.

I have been in the Fremont location. Even though I have not gotten the hearing aids at this moment, I definitely enjoyed and please with the time spent with the hearing aids help and service by Kyle and Roman.

I have been bringing my grandmother here for adjustments and cleanings of her hearing aids. Not enough words to describe the excellent and compassionate service we get from Kyle Ling. He is bright. understanding and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We are so so grateful he is a provider at this location.

Miracle-Ear is the best!! I didnt realize how much I was missing out on in life without my hearing aids. Thanks to Kyle I got confidence back at work and joy in my everyday life just being able to hear everything I havent in so many years. I am forever grateful to Kyle and Miracle-Ear for my hearing aids they have changed my life is the best way.
