TERRIBLE. The Pharmacy Staff were very rude and discerning. I go here ONLY to get my Rx's and almost every single time I am treated like a drug addict. . I could buy heroin in their parking faster than I could get a prescription filled that I requested 2 days prior. NOTE: My physician mistakingly phoned in my refills to the Safeway in Livermore. In less than 5 minutes of getting off the phone with my physician, Safeway in Livermore called ME to make sure that they had the correct address and to let me know that they would be ready in 5 minutes . Unfortunately, I do not live in Livermore but rather Fremont and it took Safeway in FREMONT 9 HOURS to fill my Rx's after they were called in as URGENT/FILL IMMEDIATELY. Michelle is the pharmacist at Safeway who constantly treats me like a drug addict. Why? I asked my physician. She said because I requested early refills on 2 of my Rx's ALL THE TIME. So she treats me with caution because MICHELLE feels inclined to be my physician? No. She is lucky to have a job and I believe she received her license to be a pharmacist out of a cracker jack box. I was a Pharmacy Technician for 6 years for Longs Drugs. I know that she shouldn't be judging me or questioning my physician's order PERIOD! Count the RIGHT pills and pour them into the bottle. It's not rocket science. Terrible and judgmental customer service You're not a physician, MICHELLE. But most likely one who tried to be and ya didn't each and every time. Keep counting the Drugs Michelle. Don't ever speak to the customer who is paying your salary. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating patrons as such. I hope you make it as a pharmacist. I will find your website and follow your instructions accordingly. I took the time today to read all of the other customer reviews. Not looking very pretty for Safeway on Washington BLVD. I'm wondering if it is the STORE OWNER. Also, you need to copy and paste the link into the body of responses instead of making your CUSTOMERS, yet again, do and deal with an incredibly rude staff as a whole. I refuse to buy food there as YOUR STORE is never clean, floors are constantly in need of a mop. This is a direct reflection on how the OWNER or MANAGER trains their staff and it completely shows in all of these location reviews. Also, you are more than welcome to call me directly. I believe your Pharmacy? has MY number and my email. Here is my permission under HIPAA. Lastly, I will be in your store tomorrow to pick up my prescriptions. A decent store like most Safeways

The store itself is decent but they REALLY NEED TO UPDATE THE ATORE HOURS ON LINE AN WITH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. SO FYI THEY CLOSE AT 12AM NOT THE 2AM THATS STARTED!?
