I interacted with Glen today to get a car wash. When I got to the counter he gave me this lecture about being patient because I wanted a quick car wash on taking a break from Uber. Glenn took his time knowing my urgency to go. I ended up staying at this car wash for over 40 min trying to get the car wash to work. I called for assistance many times but go no responds. Glenn had no consideration for my time and he seemed to let his ego lead him in decision making. Im upset in all the time I waisted in dealing with Glen when, I could have saved a large amount of time with better customer service, knowledge of the product and better communication. What a waist of time, when the employee had no consideration of my time. I stead of giving lectures about patients he should increase his speed and offer better service.

So I came to vacuum my car, get gas, an cash a $60 lotto ticket. The guy was about to cash the ticket when a lady told him "we don't have enough money". This is the 2nd time this place will not cash winning lotto tickets. I came at noon time so there is no excuse. Stop being cheap, IF YOU SELL THE LOTTO, THEN PAY OUT THE WINNINGS. The funny thing is I have had this issue with the Morgan Hill Chevron as well.

I started an at home side business and some of the recipes call for gasoline. Chevron is hands down the go to preferred choice from my customers. When smoking crak, meth or other items, cutting it with Chevron is hands down the way you wanna go. Next binge you have, be sure to ask them about this step in the process. You hear arco, you walk away.

Terrible car wash. Does not even clean the front of the car. For $14 that's not acceptable at all!
