My wife and I consistently have a good experience getting primary care from WTMF.  The wait time is short, the front office people are pleasant and very helpful, and our doctor (Dr. Valencia) is very knowledgeable and personable.   We previously went to Kaiser and going here is definitely an improvement.

Needed stitches on my arm for a glass wound. Went to urgent care department. Had to wait less than 5 min and saw a nurse right away. Doctor was there within 15 min. Great staff, great treatment. Got stitches and tetanus shot.  Good experience.

So im here with my daughter and son. We were here two days ago because my daughter was very very sick all they said is to keep doing what we are doing that its just a cold. The she got worst when we got home. She had an ear infection we tried making an appointment and we were not able to until the next day because they were book. Meanwhile my daughter in pain. Two years ago they did the same with my son. Said it was just a.bad cold. A couple hours later we rushed to the e.r because clinic was already close and he had an extreme.high fever another ear infection that was not found a couple hours before by nurse or doctor. Anyways were here waiting. My son is also sick we tried to get the doctor to also see my son because he woke up with big puffy eyes high fever and very sick and since they already made us wait for my daughter an extra day for something they didnt catch after checkin her ears. Well they said no. So after this were heading to e.r because my son has never been this sick he has a fever. All it takes its a couple minutes but we have to do all this. Seriously thinking about moving to kaiser.
