First vist here @ western dental/ fremont blvd. Very clean office and nice staff. DR. IS good. Manager Fatima Y. explain my insurance very well and she is nice and professional.

The overall experience was good, the service was quick and fast. Me and my kid got our regular cleaning done. Fatima the manager was very friendly, all the nurses were amazing. Doctor Veda answered all my questions and concerns. Overall the experience was very good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my first visit to Western Dental, specifically at the Fremont Blvd office, on March 11th , 2024. My experience fell short of expectations, and I wish to bring these issues to your attention.
Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I encountered an extensive wait time of over an hour despite having made prior arrangements. Subsequently, I underwent X-rays and a dental examination, following which I was presented with a package deal totaling $1600 for a deep cleaning procedure. This was contrary to my original request for a regular cleaning, which I had clearly communicated during the appointment booking process.
Furthermore, I found the demeanor of the attending dentist to be unprofessional and dismissive. Despite my insistence on receiving the initially requested service, I was met with arrogance and refusal. The staff's focus seemed solely on upselling additional services and payment options, neglecting to address my primary reason for the visit and refused the general cleaning service. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT WESTERN DENTAL.
