Do not use this company! They are a scam and have tried to extort money from me!

Do not use this company! They are holding my package for ransom and demanding more money for them to release my package to me. They also demand payment through Venmo and refuse other type of payments. I'm sure this place is running a scam! I'm now out more than $800. My bank has advised me to make a police report.

They subcon for FedEx and lie about attempting to redeliver a package. They did a first delivery attempt. But did not actually return for the second or third attempt; they just updated tracking info with a failed attempt. Also, the lady taking calls is very rude. Claimed they dont deliver directly to customers and did not pick up the phone when called again.
