Tim was recommended to me by a business partner of mine, We had the pleasure of working together for about a year. Tim was very patient with us as we needed to rent out our warehouse/ office space which had been full of stuff for 20 years, it took us some time to get the warehouse fully cleared out and Tim really gave us the time we needed to complete that task. We signed a lease shortly after the warehouse was empty, and Tim made sure our best interest was taken care of. Overall we had a great experience and we plan to work with Tim in the future. Tim offers more than a 5 stars service as a relator. I love his easy going but professional demeanor. Getting a new small office is not easy than I thought. However, Tim helped us a lot to get a perfect condition of office. He showed us many different offices with in our budget. He was very kind and always there whenever we needed him. We couldn't done getting a small business building without your expertise, guidance, patience and honesty. I would definitely recommend Tim! :)
