Brent's Custom Cabinets

I contacted them for a quote. They were very hurry to finish the call and asked me to send them a email. I sent but no reply. Looks like they were not willing to do business with me. So do I.

Brent knows his stuff. He maximized the space we had, and was patient and willing to talk through ideas we had for our kitchen. The cabinets came out perfect, and his installer did a super clean and precise installation of cabinets and trim. Getting custom cabinets is worth the cost, and I'm really glad I didnt try to save cost by doing the installation of the cabinets myself.

I'm writing this review with mixed emotions. Brent did work for me before. Results were great and durable. I recently called and asked for some additions. This is where things went sideways. They were slow to respond. They said they are super busy. That's a great problem. However, they warmed up after I said that I'm an old customer. But then I got the quote, and asked for some modifications to the job. At that point, they stopped responding. I emailed and phoned multiple times. Nothing. When I finally got through, I was told that they "were not interested in more business". Again, I understand the wonderful "problem" of too much business, but that doesn't mean customer service and manners have to disappear. I hope that you guys take this review to heart and address my concerns. Just because you have a lot of business doesn't mean that you can be dismissive of customers.

Brent and his team built the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel.  Working with Brent  from design to installation was effortless.  He was easy to work with, patient, and provided solid recommendations and guidance.  Our kitchen looks amazing and we are very happy with the outstanding quality of the cabinetry.  We had a somewhat unusual request for a hide-away table to be included in a hutch unit we added to the kitchen.  Brent was able to accommodate the request, providing exactly what we asked for.  As other reviewers have mentioned, I too will give a shout-out to the installer, Dennis, who was meticulous and made sure every detail was done right.  Thanks again, Brent, to you and your team.

I had Brent make my custom kitchen cabinets over 12 years ago and those were solid. It was great and beautiful.I had Brent come back and build two pantry cabinets and those did not go so well. I asked for the exact same type of wood and clear coat. Somehow Brent changed the lacquer finish which made the wood look fake-it's a super thick coat. It's been 2 years since the new cabinets have been installed and there's still this heavy toxic smell that will not go away. Everytime I open the cabinet, it smells toxic. Maybe he made a mistake on my cabinets, I'm not sure. When I called him to tell him about this, he wouldn't ever want to come out to check it out. Instead, just put vinegar and let it air out. Geez, I purchased cabinets from you before. This is toxic, you should honor your work is faulty, stand by it! For that, it's 1 star.Some of the negative reviews about Brent are pretty spot on. He's generally a nice guy, but you have to work well with him and Dick (his father).
