Great service from quality auto llc. David and Charmaine are so detailed, systematic and great to work with. Did 60k servicing at this shop for a car I love, and all work done was very clearly itemized and the team went above and beyond in advising which work items were needed and not needed. I saved a bunch of money from this shop, and I appreciate the honest service. Will be back!

The managers and mechanics are so good! They offer good price, meanwhile they still offer very reliable and responsible service. The mechanics found the problem on my tire and rotated for me for safety. I let manager keep the change, then he directly gave the mechanic as tip. He told me he must be honest to both customers and employees, therefore they can build reputation and business can go longer (Chinese can come, the boss is reliable, does not rip off customers, speaks English and Mandarin, maintenance technicians can speak Spanish)
