        My car was sent to caliber after it was stolen caliber took great care of me. They were very empathetic about my situation especially because it had been stolen multiple times. The customer service is expectable from stat to finish. Very satisfied customer!

        My Hyundai Kona EV was stuck at Caliber for over a month because of parts issues at Hyundai (not Caliber's fault at all). Jos at Caliber called or texted me once or twice a week to update me. He also kept the pressure on Hyundai and somehow got the necessary part ten days sooner than originally scheduled. I really hope I never do any more business with Jos, but if you need a body shop, they're the place to go.
