While polishing my trunk of my Mercedes , I did a terrible job leaving an ugly blob on my trunk. Last night I went to paint shop adjacent to Crash Champion. The lady there gave me a quote for $1900 to fix it. I was a bit upset. This morning I wanted to try my luck with Crash Champion. Ms Nicole Olsan at the front desk was kind enough to have me talk to Mr Adnan Musteganagic (service advisor). This gentleman asked me to wait and went and came back with cordless polisher and a bottle of 3 M polishing compound. He worked on my car trunk for 5 minutes and the ugly blob was gone. He did not charge me. I even offered to pay him, but he respectfully refused. I was very touched. Very rarely one finds such honest establishments and honest professionals. I was pleased with Crash Champions. They repaired my 2006 Mazda Miata Mx-5 after an unwell man damaged it. They did an amazing job and kept me well-informed on the progress. Keep up the great work! You all rock!!!
