I was involved in a lateral accident and had my civic 2016 serviced at Eastbay Collision Center. This is the place to go if you are looking for peace of mind. Freed and his team just took care of everything. I dropped the car at Eastbay collision center, and one week later, the car was fixed and looked brand new. Excellent service, great communication/customer care. Highly recommend it.

My 2021 Red Accord was hit causing damage to the passenger frontside area. I called EastBay collision because of the awesome Yelp reviews I read. They were immediately available to review the damage and provide a quote. They started the process of also working with my insurance (AAA) which I appreciated. They were extremely professional and prompt for the whole duration of the repair process. When I picked up my car I could not even tell anything had happened to it. The color match was perfect. They also detailed my car leaving it like new! They guarantee their work as well. I can clearly see why they have such great ratings on Yelp! They are well deserved. I hope I never have to deal with a collision again but if it happens I will be going back to EastBay for the work!
