I had damage to the front bumper and hood of my Honda. I was going through insurance an Boris warned me that insurance company would likely declare a total loss even though the car was perfectly drivable. Sure enough, while dealing with the insurance company who wouldn't even come out to look at the car, they were already telling me it was likely a total loss. Somehow, Boris was able to convince the guy that the car was repairable and wasn't a total loss. While it took some time to get parts since I have an older model, Boris did a fantastic job being resourceful and the car looks great now! I would go to him again

Excellent service at this friendly small business. The proprietor, Boris (who also goes by Bob), was responsive to emails and calls. He was also straightforward in his assessments. I first asked for a quote by email, which Boris provided based on photos. The quote was a good price as compared to other quotes I'd gotten. I then took the car in, and Boris explained exactly what he'd need to do to repair it (at the same quoted price), and gave an estimate of the time it would take. When I called for updates, Boris always answered to let me know the progress of the job. And the completed work looked fantastic--they were able to repair a significant dent, and the car looks great. This is a great shop. It looks a little quirky--the office is in the middle of a crowded garage--but the service is great. Id recommend it for sure.
