The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and the receptionist is quick, courteous, and went out of her way to tell me my secondary insurance could cover everything.

Front staff take to long to assist to check in. Some will just stare at you while you're waiting to be checked in. My appointment was at 8:20 I didn't get checked in until 8:30 and there was 2 front desk staff at the desk helping anyone. They should really consider self check in options since front desk takes their time. Update I didn't get called back to get vitals till 8:56 am my appointment was at 8:20. And the medical assistant who took my vitals said they schedule a lot of 8 am appointments so they're a little behind. There's is one person ahead of me. Mind you I have to be at work by 9:30 in Fresno. If you're Even past 10 minutes late they cancel your appointments. Almost an hour to be called back when my appointment was scheduled for 8:20 !! This is unacceptable. I'd so like to add that I had my MRI done in July had I not followed up in January when I bought my kids I'd still be waiting because they failed to call me to schedule the follow up appointment. they're reason was they never got mri results and that I needed a cd from the place it got it done which was Adventist laboratory in Selma. Last week power went out so doctor was unable to view my MRI and they also said that a CD was not needed tjey were not sure why front desk told me that.
