Foul management. The people of this group do not take accountability for shutting off your water. They will not respond and fix our apartment issues. We have lost hot water for several days now, and when we reach out and call them to notify them, they dismiss our concerns and tell us they will fix it soon. The rude property manager Thao Pham and the other officials that work for this company prioritize their money and gentrifying the apartment complex. They push out families and tenants that have lived in the apartments for years for renovation without valid reasoning. They will hand you notices about the 60-day tenancy termination and not respond about questions you have about these papers.
