Missing Link Property Management managed two of my rental properties for over five years. The best part about the service was their process of finding amazing tenants that treated my houses like their own. The team is very intentional in their process to conduct background and credit checks which results in selecting amazing tenants for long term leases. I want to say thank you to Sam for his communication and excellent service and to the maintenance team for a fast response and great pricing for any repairs that needed to happen. I can't recommend this company enough to any landlord that's tired of dealing with irresponsible tenants. Had a few rental properties I didn't have the time to maintain. They were fix and flips, found Missing Link on the web when I researched:"Orange County Property Management". Very informative of what they are doing.
It's pretty neat now to because they have a blog dedicated to everything you need to know about the Orange County Property Management industry, from there perspective.
