I absolutely love Costco Optical. A couple years ago, I went to Target Optical and paid more for a single pair of progressive bifocals than I did for two pairs (sunglasses and everyday, clear lenses) of the same at Costco. Three years ago, I went to a random local optometrist in Costa Mesa and was practically robbed. Costco Optical is the best bang for your optical buck, hands down.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a Tuesday afternoon at 3:15. I arrived 15 minutes early. Several people who entered the office after me were seen before me. Its possible that they had an appointment, not sure. All I know is that by 4:30, I got tired of waiting. Especially since I had a scheduled appointment that was long missed and ignored by the optometrist. I dont have any comments on the customer service, as it was merely the extended wait and lack of consideration for my time that really disappointed me. Never again.
