Su servicio de atención no es bueno te tienen esperando 30 minutos para tomarte un Rx y la atención del doctor unos 10 minutos.Le mensiono de la espera y responde que tienen muchos doctores, se supone haber prevenido para atención del cliente no me gusto

My cousin's daughter has needed services since early on, and they have gone through multiple providers.  I'm very close to her family, so I've been part of their sessions, activities, and get togethers many, many times. I've seen bad services, bad assessments, and even some that have shown signs of giving up.In comes ABH. She said a friend had recommended them, and since their insurance allowed good coverage, she decided to try them given their current circumstances. I've only been in on 3 or 4 sessions, as well as an assessment and a tele-health, and all I can say is I am greatly impressed with the amount of time, care, and attention given to my cousin and her daughter. The BT was always on time, made a good rapport with us, and the BCBA who oversaw the case was very attentive and friendly, explaining his plan of action and what was required of us. The only time they were latez they called and made sure they were on their way.I hope the entire process, including billing and administration is as smooth and comforting as the experience we've had with their services.Thank you ABH for taking care of my Family!

If you care about your autistic child AVOID this place at ALL costs. They have a HORRIBLE intake dept and their scheduling team is a mess! They're awful to their employees and force them to do abandonment of care. Not to mention random bills!
They send unexprienced therapist with little to no guidance on most visits. And every department plays the blame game when no one shows up to a scheduled appointment. The supervising therapist are unhelpful, unprofessional and will just pass the problem to someone else.
This place gets 0 stars. They don't care about their clients. They only care about your insurance $$$ in their pockets. If you love your child and want to take steps forward NOT backwards go elsewhere. Unless you want to constantly be on the phone reminding them to do their jobs.
