I had a disappointing experience with this mattress purchase. Initially drawn in by a street sign advertising a $199 mattress, the quality of the mattress turned out to be subpar, akin to lying on a thin sheet of cardboard. Despite my reservations, I was persuaded by the sales agent, Mike, to opt for an upgrade priced at $1200. Using Snap Finance for a buy now, pay later option, I committed to paying $37 weekly for a year and three months, or settling the full amount in three months for $1200. Mike also arranged a $50 delivery to my place. This decision led to tension between me and my wife, as I went and bought this bed without consulting her, considering we were dating at the time, not yet married. Upon receiving the bed, it proved to be uncomfortable, causing both of us back problems, with one side noticeably sinking. My wife even experienced headaches, prompting her to resort to sleeping on the couch. Additionally, the bed has contributed to my discomfort as well. Throughout the night, I wake with shortness of breath, feeling my back ribs or side being pressed in, further intensifying the dissatisfaction with this purchase. Despite reaching out to the warranty, their assistance was unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned with the entire experience. While Mike, the sales agent, was personable and helpful, the bed's poor quality and the array of health issues it caused outweighed any positive interactions. In total, I spent $2400 on a bed that failed to deliver a good night's sleep and caused daily discomfort. Overall, this purchase left me dissatisfied and eager to move on from this regrettable investment. P.S. I called Mike a few days after buying this bed about the issues. He informed me that there is no return policy, and all sales are final. He suggested contacting the warranty company. This being my very first bed purchase, I wish I had known about bed companies that offer a 90-day sleep test.
