        As another reviewer said, BUYER BEWARE!!! I also ordered a knee brace and had to return it because it didn't fit. This company took a full SEVEN MONTHS to refund my money. Totally unacceptable way to run a business.

        The product that arrived had a quality issue that would have lead to it failing after limited use. The customer service team responded exactly how I would have hoped... they quickly acknowledged the issue and arranged to have a replacement product shipped. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
