Absolute best dentist out there. He is a true academic, always learning and always teaching his patients. Being someone who has a bit of white coat syndrome, Sals office has always been a comfortable and supportive environment. I cannot say enough nice things about him and his office.

I would not recommend Sal as a dentist! My entire family went to Sal, and we all had terrible experiences. First, my daughter, who was 3 at the time, cried on her first (and last) visit because he was not gentle and seemed to care more about taking pictures of her teeth than her comfort. We switched her to an actual pediatric dentist who showed empathy. My wife and I continued to see Sal, primarily because we felt guilty about changing our daughter's dentist. Later, Sal recommended replacing my old fillings, claiming that the previous dentist had done a poor job. The procedure took 3 hours, and after taking a nap the same day, I woke up with terrible tinnitus. Sal essentially denied any responsibility and showed no compassion for the significant impact on my life. The tinnitus, likely from the nerve damage Sal caused, was so severe that some days I couldn't sleep. Sal never attempted to rectify the situation, except for suggesting I purchase a mouth guard from him. Sal lives in the same neighborhood as my family and quickly distanced himself from us after we mentioned the damage he had caused Update: I feel compelled to share further developments regarding my experience with Dr. Manrriguez and his dental practice. Since my initial review, Sal took it upon himself to visit my home. He confronted my family and me as we were leaving our house. In front of my child, he proceeded to berate my wife and hurl insults at me. I had to walk him off my property, engaging in an unpleasant back and forth. Astonishingly, about a week later, law enforcement officers knocked on my door, serving me with his request for a restraining order. It was a ludicrous attempt, claiming harassment, despite the fact that Sal initiated the confrontation and escalated the situation himself. His actions of coming to my house to insult my wife and call me names, only to turn around and accuse me of harassment, are laughable. I think even the sharriffs literally laughed at it. His filing for the restraining order was riddled with lies, omissions, and chicken scratch, resembling the work of a middle schooler. Most of it seemed to be hastily cobbled together from copied and pasted news articles. It was truly absurd coming from someone who thinks so highly of themselves. Fortunately, we had video evidence of the entire incident. His main argument was that as a doctor, he required special treatment. Fortunately, the court recognized that video evidence outweighs a dentist's supposed authority. The court sent us to mediation, likely to avoid wasting time on such frivolous matters. Even the mediator struggled to extract a coherent narrative from Sal, stating such. He even had the audacity to tell the mediator that it would have been "impossible" for my injuries to come from him. This despite the fact that when I visited the ENT, an unbiased doctor, she informed me that my injuries are often caused by dentists. Moreover, Sal himself admitted after the injury that it would take 18 - 24 months to heal. It's clear that this individual is dishonest to the core. He even brought in family members as supposed witnesses, despite the fact that they are not present in the video of the incident. For those interested, the court case is on record in the Santa Ann Superior Court. Luckily for us, he now has to stay off my property and away from my family, I guess it backfired on him. Adding insult to injury, Sal managed to persuade my wife to undergo extensive dental work, including three crowns, obviously before all of this. She has since experienced numerous issues with the quality of his workmanship.
