I FOUND BOB ON THE INTERNET AND ONER A MONTH HE HAS CLEARED UP THREE PROBLEMS ON ON ONE COMPUTER AND TWO PROBLEMS ON ANOTHER COMPUTER. HE IS VERY QUICK AND RELIABLE ALSO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THEN CALLING IN SOMEBODY TO COME AND WORK ON THE COMPUTER AS I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS.
