Everyone was so helpful here and it was very quick service! Also, they have candy so I couldn't help myself.

This is the most convenient location near me but they have a message on the phone that they are temporarily closed. Closed for what? The pandemic isn't like it was before. Businesses are opening up again. No excuses Chase.

Oh Chase! What happened to you?? After getting horrible customer service at my usual branch the last two times, I went to this branch today to open an account for my minor son. One employee was with a customer and the other two were sitting in their offices doing their best not to make an eye contact with us. After standing around for a few minutes and not getting any acknowledgment I walked over to one of the offices and asked if someone can help us. The guy looked annoyed and told me to "hang tight for a while" because he was "busy". The lady in the other office looked up and looked away trying to look busy also. Not a shred of customer service around. I was disappointed with my branch after being a member for 10 years and getting bad service the last few times so I gave Chase another chance at this branch but nope, it seems like Chase has stopped caring about customer service. This experience sent us straight to School's First and the service we got there restored my faith in customer service again. Goodbye Chase.
