Garden Ranch Real Estate

This agency doesn't run like a "local small town, neighborly real estate agency" as they claim. They do not reach out to neighbors about potential changes or requests, just immediately jump to legal letters & turning in your property to the county for a very simple fix. They also don't disclose full information about properties for sale, which can be easily acquired with a public request of information. Disappointed that people can smile to you face & wave in passing, but can't make a simple professional phone call to address something trivial.

I had a great experience working with AB. She helped me lock in a low rate through one of her friends on a Saturday. (I already had 2 other quote, so it was low rate.) She was helpful in lining up inspections and staying on top of things. Everything else was great and we were able to close in less than 30 days!

Working with A.B. at Garden Ranch Real Estate was a breeze! I let her know what I was looking for and within a week or so I had made an offer and smoothly closed escrow a short time later. Very hard working and determined to get what you want!
