Usually either five stars or four stars seems dishonest. But he deserved five. Story: back in September my wife and I were preparing for a trip. Unfortunately, I had some gum that was on the very nice rug in our bedroom. My wife was upset, and it threatened to cause a problem and stress for our vacation. So I called Dwain, who was able to make the appointment that was set while she went into town to run some errands. He was in and out quickly. I didnt say a word about it. Not one. I simply let my lovely wife have the opportunity to see that the gum was completely and forever gone. Vanished. Eliminated. Not a trace of its existence was detectable. A crime unit would would have been stumped. Not a word was said by either of us. For a few hours. While we made the usual small talk the mixture of relief, perplexion and seething rage dwelt within her. The unspoken nature of the feat that, in her mind, I had just accomplished in a few minutes time was eating her up. She wanted to know how I did it. She needed to know to her very soul. Somewhere around Oakland later that afternoon my wife finally broke and demanded to know just how the hell I got that gum out of the rug. I called Dwain. He came and took care of it. When?!?! While you were out earlier. My wife asked around about this Dwain character and all she asked who knew vouched for his abilities. Dwain is coming by again in a couple of days to do a more thorough treatment. This time just regular soiling. Thanks to Dwain the weekend was a blast.
