        I recently purchased a home with the help of realtor Franklin Sexton. The mountains come with a different set of beautiful features and potential issues when looking for a new home. Franklin was helpful throughout the whole process from opening escrow to closing. He helped with negotiation and found several solutions to ease the buying process. He was ALWAYS available and that made me feel confident when questioning how to resolve any issues during escrow. I highly recommend his services. I am thankful to have found him a year after first trying in the Big Bear area.

Franklin was the sellers agent and worked seamlessly with our buyers agent.
