Don't come here.. rude and unprofessional. Clearly did not care about my animal. My dog was in the waiting room crying and would not see him. I called and said I was running late for my apt. Ended up coming 5 to 7min after the time they said was okay and would not see me. I even told the lady on the phone I was driving from redlands and ended up almost a hour drive. I have a 2 year old and a 90 lbs dog by myself you have to be kidding me.

Vet saw my dog on a Thursday, I ordered the meds online at noon and its been 6 days and they still havent confirmed my dogs prescription. I called again today only to find that the place is CLOSED on a Wednesday even though it says Open on Google Maps. I even went in person to find there is a sign that says come back tomorrow. I wish they would have just given me a PAPER COPY of my dogs prescription so that I could have just taken a picture of it and uploaded it on Petmeds.com. I need this prescription ASAP because I leave for a trip on Saturday and I still need to place the order online. Now I dont know how long it will take for them to approve a simple prescription.

I recently had to come to thrive to put my best friend to sleep. I was shown so much compassion and kindness. They let us take Care of her on her mat on the floor with me in her face so she was comforted. They were all so sweet to her and reassuring. I was so scared and nervous to make it to this appointment, But her last moments were filled with so much peace and love. If you ever need to have this appointment, come to thrive. Even if you don't have a plan with them. You'll feel so safe and comforted and your pup will have so much love and affection shown to them in their last moments. It makes it just a little easier
