This is a notice to management of a reckless driver. Attached are photos of one of your employees, who felt that flipping me off with both hands was more important that holding the steering wheel of his tractor trailer, after weaving through traffic at over 80 mph. My account of todays (08/04/2021) events on the 5 interstate, to the best of my understanding: after merging on the freeway a good distance in front of this truck, traffic came to a sudden slow down. The slowdown required me to abruptly break. At this point I saw the aforementioned truck move two lanes to the left to pass myself and traffic, then merged back into the right most lane. I then moved into the leftmost lane and carried on. At this point I saw the driver give me the finger, I was confused, but ignored it. Very shortly after, I noticed this truck weaving through traffic. I was traveling at 80mph, and he quickly caught up. Considering his minor display of aggression earlier, I got my phone out and took the enclosed pictures. Once I got sufficient photographs, I prominently displayed my phone in hopes that his aggression would be subdued by fear. He abruptly stopped displaying his middle fingers and reduced his speed until he was out of sight. This is an absolutely unacceptable behavior by a driver. Traffic is a normal part of driving a truck, and should not be causing a driver to become so aggressive. In addition to risking the lives of the other drivers on the road, his short temper may result in an intended collision. This is something that should be dealt with immediately.

You are correct this is not a reaction, or the representation that we would allow in our establishment. We are reviewing the drivers cameras, as well as conduct the repossessions towards those actions.Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we do apologize for the unsafe as well as not family friendly conduct that was displayed on this day.Again thank you Delia Barbosa for bringing this to us, and we are sorry on behalf of this individual.
