Mr.Luna and his team are great and well versed when it comes to helping the people do their taxes. I have excellent service each year. I highly recommend this establishment.

Extremely unprofessional!!I'm writing this review for my cousin, who was out of the county for some time. She was referred to the "tax doctor" by a friend. She called him, gave him all the info he needed and was told her taxes were filed in early March. When she arrived back in the US two months later we stopped by to pick up her irs return as well as copies of her taxes. She needed her copies as she had an interview with immigration coming up to bring her family to the US. She has waited 3 years for her immigration interview. Now where to start...- first off after seeing her tax return copies I figured out that the tax doctor had just filed them then and there. This caused an issue with her immigration case as the taxes were submitted late. I questioned him about why the tax returns weren't showing up on the irs website even though he swore the taxes were filed two months back. He struggled to find some lies to throw at us. Here's the worst thing though..My cousin checked the irs site and saw what her return was going to be. The tax doctor claimed he would only charge $130 for the service but when she picked up her check (which was a cashiers check) she realized that he was keeping about $400 of her money. Once again we questioned him and his response was " The IRS works with Citi bank and they charge a $250 fee to write a check for you"WHAT!!! She eventually got her full refund back only after arguing and questioning him. I don't know if he thinks we are dumb and won't realize his lies but this guy gives the vibe that he scams people and many don't realize it. Short story we will NOT be going back here at all. Not only is he a liar but he won't even apologize for his mistakes. He just tries to throw more lies and hopes people are naive enough to believe them.

Tax Doctor ladies were all very informative and friendly.I showed up the Wednesday before tax day April 18th and let me tell you they were smiling and very happy as busy as they were. They had about 20 people waiting, I waited about 1hr and a half as it is walk in and no appointments. I was able to share my documents with them and they provided a free estimate. The ladies there were helping in asking if I had documents that would help lower what was owed and also how to fill out my tax forms so that it could be more beneficial to me. They also shared that I could enroll in an IRA. I was able to get all my documents share with them my husbands documents too and all he had to do was return to just sign. Even though he showed up Saturday and it was a 2.30 hr wait.Overall ten out ten service. They were helpful! And will go to them again. Reasonable price as well.
