I was referred to this office by a co-worker. At first the service was good. I received papers that I took to the office for 3-4 weeks and they said they would talk to me when they were ready. They never talked to me. I spoke to ask about the papers and then they told me that The man is on vacation, the girls are very bad at making people waste time and even more so about this Luisa who answers whatever when they express the problem, very bad service from this Luisa, I don't know why she is here working if she doesn't treat people with manners.

The staff here is always so kind and respectful, and Jose is good a explaining how my taxes are done, I always recommend to get your taxes done here.

Jos is very good at doing his job like preparing taxes but the other people in front of him are never involved in what they should always be in the gossip and they ignore the clients.
