Came on time. The only thing the jumper looked like some parts were sewed on making the jumper leak air. So when you were jumping you were basically falling off. (Jumper in picture is what on display at shop)

The lady who answers the calls is all RUDE! No customer service what so ever. The man is ok, she needs to learn how to run a business with her attitude. This isnt my first time as a customer. Usually I deal with her but today she said I cant help you today, you need to come in. Never going back here again.

Honestly, the other people said the same thing i was gonna say.. unprofessional. My family and I went upfront to the store to rent a jumper and chairs a couple dates before the party, so obviously you think they would remember. It came out to 200+, which we thought was a good deal with all the other places we've been to. Now I know that sometimes paying more means you'll actually be getting what you paid for. We paid for a purple and pink Waterslide Jumper. The day of the party comes and nowhere to be seen. We called them at 9am since the party started around one so the kids are able to get wet before the actual thing starts. When we called, they had a very sleepy tone in their voice. I mean, I understand. Everybody wants to sleep in. Anyway, they came around 30 to an hour later, and had the wrong colored jumper! Most colors of the party were gonna be purple and pink, but they brought a jumper with yellow, red, blue, and other colors? So unprofessional! They already set it up before we can say anything but they brought all the tables and chairs as well. They had one table not set up yet since they were gonna inflate the jumper, but the man since he didn't have something to inflate it with, or something. We were in disbelief.. he said he would come back with the thing he needed so we waited.. 30 minutes pass, then 1 hour. Where was this man?! Oh right, he never came back! Unbelievable. We had to set up the table they left behind which was fine but we also had get our own tools to set up the jumper with. When we did, the pool part of the slide was not inflating as much of the other parts. It was embarrassing for them, to say the least. Please do not trust them. Yes they are affordable, but find somewhere else to do business with. These people are unprofessional and unreliable.

Wednesday afternoon i ordered tables and chairs they said they would be dropped off on Friday and picked up on Sunday by 8pm Friday the tables and chairs were still not delivered we called and they said they would be dropped off at 9 they never came Saturday morning we call and they said they would drop them off by 10:30 and they never showed this is unacceptable and I will never go through them again we had no tables or chairs for my party this is not okay this is such bad business do not go through them
