First time renting a jumper and it was a very nice experience. The customer service I received was understanding and caring, they worked with me with the issues I encountered with the weather. Overall we were very happy with the service, the price and the cleanest of the jumper we received; thank you so much for making my sons birthday a special one, we will be using your services again shall the opportunity arise!

If I could give zero stars I would Do not rent from this company . They dropped off on Friday I expressed my concerns about chairs looking rusted old and dirty . They said did I expect the chairs to be new . They are not very helpful with trying to figure out a solution tables and chairs are not in good condition. Day of party one of the chairs broke on my guest causing her to fall and get hurt. It broke because the chair was old and rusted . When I called on Sunday day of pick up to let her know what happened to my guest she saidok Ill take note of it not an apology saying Iam sorry that happened or Iam sorry your guest got hurt. The costumer service is terrible and they do not care about people . We spend our hard earned money we expect at least decent products if not better. Do not and I mean do not order from this company .
