Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order inside so a worker to come tell me they don't take customers orders at the counter. You have to order the food your self. I told them I don't get paid or get a discount for ordering my own food. Their reply was " they don't hire anyone here to take orders"

Ordered two biggie bags and only received 1 ranch and 1 bbq sauce. When asked for extra they said they cant. Then I offered to pay for them, but still refused to give me sauce, what am I supposed to do with two sauces, for two 4-piece nuggets and two order of fries.. customers should be able to buy more sauce if not given out for free.. also the manager there ALYSSA, is a terrible manager and doesnt understand how to handle customer service and situations, very rude.. they also made me wait in front for my food instead of the drive-thru window, while the line was empty with nobody behind me, they are trying to trick their system to make them seem like they are good at their jobs.. this Wendys is a terrible face for the company name.
