We have had a horrible experience with them.  Bait and switch. We were told $260 for a key and remote for a 2016 Kia soul.  Guy came and said it was for the key only.  After a week of back and forth over 25 phone calls and numerous appointments they never showed up for to get the remote we were promised, we have given up.   We are out $260 for just a simple key and as it turns out it stopped working.  It's truly a horrible dishonest business.

Horrible company: I would give zero star if I could.Do not use this company if you don't want to be ripped off like what they did to my daughter who is a college student.  She was told on the phone the service fee is $29 and the cost would be determined by the technician once he got there. The guy charged her $185 to unlock the door like 5 minutes.  They advertised on their website "No hidden fees and provides the full price prior to booking". Clearly, this is a false advertisement.

ZERO STARS - Do not use this company.I was locked out of my house at night, with my phone and wallet inside. I was able to contact my husband (who was out of town) using a neighbor's phone, and he called KeyMe Locksmiths and ordered lockout service. Neither the company nor the technician gave him an estimate.The technician arrived in about 30-45 minutes. Before he started to unlock the door he said it would cost $315. THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!!I said that was very high, his response was "that is what the company tells me to charge". I said I couldn't pay that, he immediately dropped the charge to $250. I weighed my options, it was late, dark, cold (I wasn't dressed for outdoor weather in December), and I didn't have a phone. My options were limited, so I agreed to have the door unlocked. It took the technician less than five minutes to unlock the door. And he charged an extra $5 for using a credit card.I later called the company to inquire what the usual cost was to unlock a door. I was not able to get an answer to my questions and concerns, and the representative became rude, belligerent, and intimidating, to the point of being abusive.If you need a locksmith, go anywhere but to KeyMe Locksmiths!
