      Hi Juanita, were sad to see a 1 star review. Looks like you had an issue with in accident. As an insurance agency we do not deal with claims. We can only guide you on how to reach the claims department. We cannot call for you and do your claim. It is the clients responsibility to speak to the claim adjuster.
