Best Quality Furniture

For those who make their bad comments, it is not true, the price is good and the quality is the best. Another thing is that the people do not fit them well. The chairs, tables, all the furniture come with enough screws and keys to assemble. In fact, I can say that the The screws are all Allen key and without the best for furniture, I have stood on chairs that look like they are unstable and I have jumped on them and they do not bend or anything happens to them. They have a quality area and people check the product before to put it up for sale, just like if you go directly to the company they serve you quickly so don't say things that aren't true. Now if you are looking for good, pretty and cheap then go to Home Depot and other places and buy second hand things.

The worst furniture store Ive ever delt with bought bed and has draws under it and the face falls off and only 3 staples was holding it together. Just bought it 5 months ago and they said warranty is through Home Depot because thats where I purchased it from but Home Depot tells me thats not true. So called them back today lady puts me on hold and hangs up so I called back another lady answers telling me she is on break and took my number so waiting in call I guess

I purchased 10 dining room chairs from Wayfair. The order date was 10/4/20, Im not certain of the actual delivery date. My house was being remodeled so we didnt actually use the chairs for several months. We used the chairs about 6 timesas we dont often sit in the dining room. A few months ago pregnant daughter in law sat I. One of the chairs & the leg gave out. Fortunately, she wasnt hurt. I removed that chair thinking it was a fluke (1 bad chair). Last week my friend sat in one of the chairs & the same thing happened. She actually hurt her back! I spent over $2,000 for these chairs & can NOT use them. Im very angry. Wayfair will not do anything for me because the chairs are more than a year old. I reached out to the manufacturer & they have ignored me. The furniture is not Best Quality but rather WORST quality. The furniture puts you & your friends & family at risk. I offered to send back the chairs so they can see they look new. These chairs were used only 6 times!!! Stay away!! Do not waste your $$$$

1st and last time with this furniture company. From the beginning our kids bought a house that needed renovation. We ordered the furniture bedroom set through Wayfair. It was delivered approximately june 15th to the new house. With the renovation on-going the bedroom set was kept in the garage. On July 24th We opened it for use in the guest bedroom. Bed, night table and dresser were approximately 1500 dollars.. queen bed and night table were of very poor quality "wood" .. laughably!! The cross beams for box spring are very flimsy and 2 of the screws do not tighten.. NOW FOR THE DRESSER!! We opened the box. The box is in good shape...All the corner Styrofoam corner blocks were in place. Nothing was wrong with the wrapping at all... the right rear corner was crushed.. the front corner frame was seperated. The front cross piece of wood fot the support of the top left drawer was broken!!!.. SO OBVIOUSLY IT WAS WRAPPED AT THE FACTORY LIKE THIS.. Wayfair policy is 30 days from delivery so no help there and i called BQF and because they deal with retailers, cant do anything for us either.. yes we missed the return date by a couple of days but with no damage to the boxes you would expect it to be ok.. even if the furniture was in good shape, the quality is terrible
