We scheduled a day and time for Agustin to come out and give a quote on the project. As time got closer I confirmed the appointment twice. When I attempted to confirm the day of I got no response. A couple hours before the time I was able to get Agustin on the phone. He said he was tied up with another job and would not be able to make it. I, later, texted checking availability for the next day. Agustin responded and said Yes he could come over "tomorrow" and asked what time. I let him know I was available for a several hours window. I have not heard a word from him since then. I only want to do business with people who are reliable. I will not be contacting these guys again.
