Ofelia Gonzalez conducts herself in a very professional manner, answering all of your questions with a high level of honesty and confidence. I've been to other places and its just about making the sale and moving on. Ofelia took the time to understand our needs and ensure we were taken care of. Was honest about our products and provided quick resolution to all my questions. I've worked with many experienced managers with the goal of enhancing customer service experience and Ofelia reminds me of that.
