    Was good at first, but their maintenance is absolutely terrible they refused to fix the air conditioning unit for my family, my 2 year old niece had to suffer in the 100+ degree weather at times due to the air conditioning unit not working properly and management taking weeks to fix. Management is also horrible here don't bother talking to them/negotiating anything with them. They will try to charge you a fee for everything and put it on your next rent payment. Also I'm a caretaker for my niece and I can't even park my car in the complex because they have some predatory towing contract with Steve's towing and they like to tow cars randomly and in the middle of the night for cars without parking permits. (Forget about having guests over even for 20 minutes they will tow your car) There's plenty of parking space here and 0 guest parking. There's a serious ant problem and they've done nothing to help remedy it, the garbage cans are always full of garbage and aren't thrown out in a timely manner and it smells horrible. The cold/hot water hasn't worked properly for anyone it randomly gets unbearably hot or cold. None of the toilets work properly either. Rent is also increasing by alot every year so don't expect this place to be affordable in the near future. Overall if I could give them 0 stars I would. Look elsewhere unless this is your only option.

    I've been living here for almost a year now and plan to renew my lease this month. I don't have any issues with the complex or management. Sometimes they don't answer the phone, but it is usually because they are busy. Any issues I have with maintenance gets taken care of and I have no issues with roaches. If you treat the people in the leasing office and maintenance with respect you won't have any issues. Neighbors keep to themselves and parking is free for all, you won't have to worry about being towed. Security does come if you have any issues as well, but they are not on site. The only downside is they don't have 3 bedroom apartments, so I will have to be looking to move out soon for a bigger place. Update 08/2022: After living here for a few years, I have to give it three stars instead of 5. Overall, the complex is nice. I haven't had any issues with roaches or staff, but in the summer ants are a stubborn problem in the restrooms and kitchen. My hallway AC has been leaking for several months now, constantly putting work orders in and though maintenance responds in a timely manner, it is simply drained and not repaired and the AC will leak again within a day or two. I would not be surprised if I had mold underneath my carpet at this point. Another complaint is the rent. I understand rent goes up yearly, the 2 bed 2 bath rentals range from 1774-1900ish. They do charge water on top of rent. I moved in with a monthly total of $1,350. It is now currently $1,815 with zero upgrades to the apartment compared to other units that pay similar amounts. Due to constantly having to call maintenance for the same issues and paying nearly $500 more for the exact same apartment as when I moved in, it is no longer ideal for me. They've also changed parking rules. You now have to have a permit and visitors are not allowed to park inside the complex. Steve's towing will come randomly at 4am on weekdays or weekends and you or your visitor will be charged $300+ if you do not have the permit placed on your windshield. They do not offer visitor parking.
