Wow, I'm very impressed and satisfied with smile urgicenter, the dr. And the staff are amazing and acknowledge, friendly, I need to have a physical exam and some test, and they did it so quickly, same day I got my physical and the labs done, I highly recommend this business you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much dr. And staff for all the hard work .

Cost: $450 + blood test + any vaccines you may need. Relatively more expensive compared to others in the surrounding area. Just paperwork and a physical exam at the premises; no blood test services. Don't know about vaccine services. Positive: Dr Richard Lynton was very polite, treated me with respect, and communicated everything very clearly. Negative: Communication at the doctor's office was certainly one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. After the results of the blood test were available, I was supposed to get a call from the office about whether I need to receive a particular vaccine, and to schedule the next appointment. I waited three days, after the blood test results were available, before calling them about the next step. On the first day that I called, I was told that my record was not open in front of them, and they would call me back. No one did. Over the next two days, I tried calling them 4 times, and each time the call was forwarded to a call/reception center of Mercy General Hospital. The people at the call center were only able to take messages for the doctor's office. One of them also told me that the doctor's office was closed (on a Saturday morning) which was why the call was being forwarded. 2 messages and 5 calls to 3 different numbers (over 3 days) later, someone called me back (~10 minutes after my last attempt) to let me know that I DO need that vaccine. Fortunately, I proactively received that vaccine in the meantime. Right then, I was offered an appointment 6 days later (from that day). Finally, after 17 days of (mostly) disappointing experience, I received my medical exam results. Overall experience: 2 (only because of Dr Lynton)
